Blaize Caprice offers complimentary ground shipping on all orders over $500 shipping within the United States. If you need your items in a hurry, you may opt to purchase expedited shipping at an additional charge. Please note, the majority of our pieces are ‘Made-To-Order’ and can take up to 4-6 weeks to be made. If you are in need of a look in a hurry for a specific event, please contact us at info@blaizecaprice.com and we will do our very best to accommodate your timeline.

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email address and we estimate you will receive your order within 3-7 business days of its ship date. If you need your order sooner, please select the expedited shipping option. Shipping times may vary, but rest assured we work our hardest to get you your order as quickly as possible.

Blaize Caprice also offers international orders. Please note that you are responsible for all duties, taxes and brokerage fees associated with international shipping. Duties and taxes are calculated based on the items ordered, your shipment destination, and the value of your purchase. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient to pay upon delivery. Orders refused at the point of delivery will incur return shipping charges as well as a restocking fee equivalent to the duties and taxes levied upon the original shipment.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so we offer complimentary returns for all US orders within 7 days of delivery. Due to the fact that the majority of our items are made-to-order, we can only offer returns for store credit or exchange. We kindly ask that you consider this before committing to a purchase with us.

Your products must be returned in their original packaging, including any boxes, hangers, garment bags, and other signature packaging materials, as well as with all tags still intact. Merchandise must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in an unaltered condition.

Any personalized pieces are final sale and cannot be returned for exchange or store credit.

All sale items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible to be returned for refund, exchange or store credit.

To process a return or exchange, please email info@blaizecaprice.com with your order number, reason for return or exchange and the requested new item. Please allow 24-48 hours to receive a return label. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags still intact.

International orders are not eligible for complimentary returns, and the cost of shipping will be deducted from the store credit note.
