Domestic Shipping Policy
Blaize Caprice offers complimentary ground shipping on all orders over $500 or £500 shipping within the United States and United Kingdom. If you need your items in a hurry, you may opt to purchase expedited shipping at an additional charge. Please note, some of our pieces are ‘Made-To-Order’ and can take up to 4-6 weeks to be made. If you are in need of a look in a hurry for a specific event, please contact us at info@blaizecaprice.com and we will do our very best to accommodate your timeline.

We offer Same-Day Courier Delivery for orders with a delivery address in central London for a flat rate of £25. Orders must be placed by 1pm GMT, otherwise they will go out the next working day.

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email address and we estimate you will receive your order within 3-7 business days of its ship date. If you need your order sooner, please select the expedited shipping option. Shipping times may vary, but rest assured we work our hardest to get you your order as quickly as possible.

International Shipping Policy
Blaize Caprice also offers international orders. Please note that you are responsible for all duties, taxes and brokerage fees associated with international shipping. Duties and taxes are calculated based on the items ordered, your shipment destination, and the value of your purchase. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient to pay upon delivery. Orders refused at the point of delivery will incur return shipping charges as well as a restocking fee equivalent to the duties and taxes levied upon the original shipment.
Domestic Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so we offer complimentary returns for all US orders within 7 days of delivery. Please note that the many of our items are made-to-order, which can be found noted in the product description. For made-to-order items, we can only offer returns for exchange or store credit. We kindly ask that you consider this before committing to a purchase with us.

Your products must be returned in their original packaging, including any boxes, hangers, garment bags, and other signature packaging materials, as well as with all tags still intact. Merchandise must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in an unaltered condition.

Any personalized pieces are final sale and cannot be returned for exchange or store credit.

All sale items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible to be returned for refund, exchange or store credit.
International Returns
International orders are not eligible for complimentary returns, and the cost of shipping will be deducted from the store credit note.
Final Sale / non-returnable items
Certain pieces are "Final Sale" and cannot be returned for refund, exchange or store credit. This includes any personalized or embroidered pieces as well as all sale items marked as “Final Sale”. Unfortunately, we also cannot accept returns gift cards or store credits.
Damages and issues
Before shipping your order, we carefully inspect and take reference photos of each garment to ensure they are in top condition. In the event you receive a damaged item, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at info@blaizecaprice.com.
To process an exchange, please email info@blaizecaprice.com with your order number, reason for exchange and the requested new size or color. Please allow 24-48 hours to receive a return label. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags still intact. Once a returned item has been received and inspected, a new item will be shipped.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method or via store credit.
How do I process my return?
To start a return, you can contact us at blaize@blaizecaprice.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
