RETURN POLICY
         

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so we offer complimentary returns for all US orders within 7 days of delivery.
Please note that the many of our items are made-to-order, which can be found noted in the product description. For made-to-order items, we can only offer returns for store credit or exchange. We kindly ask that you consider this before committing to a purchase with us.

Your products must be returned in their original packaging, including any boxes, hangers, garment bags, and other signature packaging materials, as well as with all tags still intact. Merchandise must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in an unaltered condition.

International orders are not eligible for complimentary returns, and the cost of shipping will be deducted from the store credit note.

Any personalized pieces are final sale and cannot be returned for exchange or store credit.

All sale items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible to be returned for refund, exchange or store credit.

To start a return, you can contact us at blaize@blaizecaprice.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
